This comprehensive hybrid training course is delivered over 7 weeks in a combination of self-paced learning and group online coaching. The course will take you through everything you need to know to develop a selection process for W.A. government that will select a new star performer for your team.
The training is presented in 6 modules, each with a number of short lessons. The modules are:

- Managing bias in recruitment and selection
- Planning the selection process
- Designing the selection process
- Assessing applicant CVs
- Running the selection process
There are plenty of activities and worksheets that help you to apply the learning to the context of your organisation’s policy and process.
The online lessons are supplemented by fortnightly 1-hour online group coaching calls so that you can ask questions of one of our consultants/coaches and learn from the experience of others, or simply have key learning points from the training reinforced.
